Electric steering offers faster response, under 0.2 seconds versus 0.5–1 second for typical hydraulic systems. The difference is immediately noticeable, especially at high speeds.

Whilst the system is designed for easy installation with basic mechanical skills we do recommend professional installation. A detailed owner’s manual is included with every purchase.

In case of system failure, the steering will maintain its last position. An emergency steering kit is included, which can be mounted to the actuator to allow manual control. A 6mm hex key is required for installation. Keep both stored in an accessible location on board.

Minimal. We recommend a visual inspection every 100 hours of operation and an annual check of electrical connections. There are no fluids to change or hydraulic lines to bleed.
